HI, I’M LAUREN

FOUNDER, CEO AND SLEEP STRATEGIST

Choose Joy Nursing began as a dream of mine while working in Mother Baby at Midtown Hospital. I had the privilege of educating new parents and caring for both mom and baby in those first 2-3 days postpartum. I always wished I could continue to support them after they left the hospital.

When I realized that many new moms didn’t receive follow-up care until their 6-week visit, I knew I wanted to bridge that gap by offering in-home support during the fourth trimester.

I feel incredibly blessed to play a role in the lives of new moms, helping them experience more joy and give themselves grace during this season of life.

I truly believe that every mom deserves a strong support system—a village that will nourish, uplift, and care for them. With that support, moms can become the best version of themselves, allowing them to care for their babies with love and confidence.
