This comprehensive course covers all the details you need to help you feel empowered and prepared - from the first night home from the hospital up to 12 weeks postpartum! Unlike other courses, ours puts special emphasis on mom, her postpartum care, and recovery journey. Work through our series of video segments and handbook at your own pace and feel confident that you are setting yourself up for a successful and joyful postpartum experience!
