Hey there, I'm Haley!

Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, I moved to Nashville to play soccer at Belmont University and obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I graduated from nursing school and worked as a Mother Baby nurse at Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital after finishing my 5th year of soccer.

About a year and a half later, I began pursuing my passion in fitness, including pre and postnatal training. I'm so thankful to be able to combine the things I love most - women's services, newborn care, and wellness - and continue to develop my knowledge to best serve moms and babies!
